A. Reception is open Monday- Friday 7am- 8pm and Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays 8am- 6pm. For urgent assistance outside of these hours the night manager can be contacted on our main line or by dialing 0 from your apartment.

Q. Does Quest New Plymouth have a car park?
A. Yes, the car park at Quest New Plymouth is located up Hayton Lane and has access to the back door. Car parking is $10 per night and must be pre booked as spaces are limited.

Q. Can you get Internet access At Quest New Plymouth?
A. Yes, Quest New Plymouth has Hardwire Broadband internet access. The cost is $18 for 24 hours, $45 for one week or $89 for one month.

Q. Can a Studio Apartment sleep a third person on a rollaway bed?
A. Unfortunately there is a maximum of two guests in a Studio Apartment. There can either be one king bed or two single beds.
